PRICING

Our service fee is 20% of the expense of the event. See the Sample Event Budgets table below for typical event expense estimates.
 

  • Final pricing varies based on the city or location, guest count, venue type (restaurant, event space, private estate, etc.), and the complexity of design and decor.
     

  • Our fee applies only to services we directly manage; any services outside our scope are not included in the 20% calculation.
     

  • Our standard day-of team includes a Lead Planner and a Planning Assistant. A Production Manager is added for events involving decor installation.
     

  • Travel and expenses are billed at cost, with pre-approval from the client.​​

Immersive, multi-day retreat or weddings often require strict venue minimum spend allocations for catering and mandatory on-site lodging buyouts.

Buyouts can sometimes be cheaper mid-week, but weekend buyouts will firmly hit the higher end of the range.

Two-star establishments frequently command strict minimum spends. Expect a baseline buyout minimum requirement of at least $40,000 to $50,000 before taxes and service charges are applied.

For ultra-premium 3-star venues, weekend buyout minimums can easily exceed the $100,000 baseline, sometimes hitting $150,000+ depending on the city and time of year.
